08Ni3DR is a 3.5% nickel-alloy steel plate grade for low-temperature pressure vessels under the Chinese national standard. The manufacturing specification is GB/T 713.4-2023 (previous version: GB/T 24510-2017), and the ultrasonic testing standard is NB/T 47013.3-2015.

This grade is specifically designed for use down to -100°C, with mandatory Charpy V-notch impact testing at -100°C (≥60 J).
