07Ni5DR Steel Plate for Low-Temperature Pressure Vessels (GB/T 713.4-2023)

07Ni5DR is a 5% nickel-alloy steel plate grade for low-temperature pressure vessels under the Chinese national standard. The manufacturing specification is GB/T 713.4-2023 (previous version: GB/T 24510-2017), and the ultrasonic testing standard is NB/T 47013.3-2015.

This grade is specifically designed for use down to -120°C, with mandatory Charpy V-notch impact testing at -120°C.

07Ni5DR is positioned between 3.5% Ni steel (08Ni3DR, -100°C) and 7% Ni steel (06Ni7DR, -196°C), making it suitable for ethylene and other low-temperature chemical processes.

07Ni5DR designation explanation: 07 represents average carbon content (0.07%), Ni5 denotes average nickel content of 5%, DR stands for Low-temperature ("低") Pressure Vessel ("容").
