According to GB/T 24186-2022, NM360D and NM360E are low-temperature impact grades. D grade guarantees impact toughness ≥24J at -20°C, E grade guarantees ≥24J at -40°C.

Technical FAQ

Welding methods?

SMAW, GMAW, FCAW. Preheat 100-150°C for thickness >20mm, low hydrogen practices.

Bending radius?

Transverse: 4t-5t, Longitudinal: 5t-6t.

Cutting methods?

Plasma, laser, waterjet, abrasive cutting. Standard procedures apply.

Hardness uniformity?

≤40mm uniform, 40-80mm slight core decrease within tolerance.

Max service temp?

Continuous ≤250°C, short peaks ≤300°C.

Impact at low temp?

D grade: ≥24J @ -20°C; E grade: ≥24J @ -40°C.
