NM360 Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate
Chinese NM360 high strength abrasion resistant steel plate — engineered for moderate wear conditions in mining, construction, and heavy machinery. Meets GB/T 24186-2022 standard.
Extended Service Life
330-400 HBW hardness delivers exceptional wear resistance, 3-5x longer life than structural steel.
High Strength & Toughness
Tensile strength ≥1100 MPa, impact toughness -20°C ≥24J (D grade).
Excellent Workability
Can be cut, bent, and welded using standard procedures.
Decoding the Grade: NM360
International Standards & Comparisons
Note: NM360 provides an excellent balance of hardness, toughness and weldability for general wear applications. AR360/XAR360 are approximate commercial equivalents. Hardox 400 offers similar hardness range.
Domestic Grade Comparison (NM360 / NM360D / NM360E)
According to GB/T 24186-2022, NM360D and NM360E are low-temperature impact grades. D grade guarantees impact toughness ≥24J at -20°C, E grade guarantees ≥24J at -40°C.
Why Choose NM360 Wear Plate?
Superior Durability
Optimized low-carbon design with micro-alloying ensures exceptional abrasion resistance.
High Impact Toughness
≥24J at -20°C (D grade) or -40°C (E grade), ideal for cold climates.
Excellent Fabrication
Cutting, bending, drilling and welding with standard procedures.
