Product Overview

Q460NC is a Chinese grade low-alloy high-strength structural steel conforming to GB/T 1591-2018 standard. Delivered in normalized or normalized + tempered condition, it offers refined grain structure, excellent strength-weight efficiency, and guaranteed impact toughness at 0°C (quality C). With minimum yield strength of 460MPa (≤16mm), it provides superior load-bearing capacity for heavy engineering structures, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects where higher strength is required.

Equivalent grades: Q460NC ↔ Q460C (previous domestic grade), EN 10025-3 S460N (Europe), ASTM A572 Grade 65 (USA).
