a:According to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the maximum manganese content can be 2.00%.
b:Al, Nb, V, and Ti can be added to steel individually or in combination. When added individually, they should comply with the provisions in the table. When added in combination, at least one alloying element should be added at the lower limit specified in the table, and the content of Nb+V+Ti should be less than 0.22%.
