DC06EK is a premium cold rolled low carbon steel sheet specially designed for vitreous enamelling, conforming to GB/T 13790-2025. With stamping level 06 (extra ultra deep drawing) and EK classification (traditional enameling process), it offers excellent extra ultra deep drawability, superior enamel adhesion, and reliable anti-fishscale performance. Titanium-stabilized grade ensures superior formability. Supplied in annealed + skin-passed condition, mechanical properties are guaranteed for 6 months from manufacture date.

Ultra-low carbon (≤0.008%) and titanium stabilization ensure excellent extra ultra deep drawability and superior weldability; aluminum content (≥0.010%) promotes enamel adhesion and prevents fishscale. Strict P (≤0.020%) control for outstanding enameling performance. Ti addition fixes C and N for superior aging resistance.

6-month guarantee period. Tensile test: transverse P6 specimen (GB/T 228.1-2021). No stretcher strain marks should appear during use.
