DC06ED is a premium cold rolled low carbon steel sheet specially designed for vitreous enamelling, conforming to GB/T 13790-2025. With stamping level 06 (extra ultra deep drawing) and ED classification (direct-on enameling process with anti-denting requirements), it offers excellent extra ultra deep drawability, superior enamel adhesion, reliable anti-fishscale performance, and enhanced dent resistance. Titanium-stabilized grade ensures superior formability. Supplied in annealed + skin-passed condition, mechanical properties are guaranteed for 6 months from manufacture date.

📄 How long are the mechanical properties guaranteed?
Per GB/T 13790-2025 clause 7.2, mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation) are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of manufacture, provided proper storage conditions. However, due to aging effects, we recommend using the material as soon as possible for optimal forming performance.
